EXTRA_foo_DEPENDENCIES would fit even better with the Uniform naming
scheme, it fits right in with EXTRA_foo_SOURCES.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, sorry for the delay.  I'm following
up on automake-patches with the implementation.
