I imagined an option to specify files that are not distributed by
default.
Sounds reasonable. Such an option doesn't sound too hard to implement,
if you or anyone are up for writing a patch. Unfortunately, I'm not
likely to get to it any time soon, if ever :(. --thanks, karl.
