Ho... don't do that. Input protection diodes will leak to Vdd when you apply
some voltage to the IO pads when no Vdd is present.

Absolute Maximum Ratings still apply: VddIOmax = -0.3V .. Vdd+0.1V

BTW: LIS3L02DQ is now marked as obsoloete.
