I have 'last cygwin' + 'binutils-010109' + 'gcc-20010108'

When build gcc have the same problem with 'gettext'.
This problem may be avoided by --with-included-gettext:

   1) configure --target=avr --enable-languages="c" --with-included-gettext
   2) make
ends normal, but
   3) make install
is hanged at 'sed', so can't install!
