I am getting confused, should we dowload diffrent GCC AVR for diffrent ATMEL
AVR Chips? I am the Win Guy, hence the confusion

Please explain how the GCC AVR is to be used. also some light on the
"debugging avr targets" or "simulavr" in windows OS
