ATmega103 is being replaced by ATmega128
ATmega161 will be replaced by ATmega162? (has M161C fuse bit...)

Many of the chips are pin-compatible with each other and migration may
only need small software changes, so don't worry too much...
- 1200, 2313 (nothing new in this family for quite a long time now...)
- 4433, ATmega8
- 8515, ATmega161, ATmega162, ATmega8515 (also pin-compatible to many
'51 chips, except that reset is active low)
- 8535, ATmega163, ATmega16, ATmega323, ATmega32
- ATmega103, ATmega128
