[avr-gcc-list] uisp snapshot

Hi,

I'm thinking about making an official release of uisp next week.

I've made a snapshot of todays cvs version (20021115cvs) and uploaded to
the uisp website. Anyone interested should give it a try and let me know
if anything is seriously broken.

See the ChangeLog for what's been done since 20020626.

Note that this still doesn't include the patch for stk500 (firmware 1.10)
support, but I've changed it such that it won't complain if you are using
1.10. I've been using the current cvs with my stk500 with the 1.10
firmware for mega128 development without problems. Take that with a grain
of salt. ;-)

I'm planning attacking the patch in the next release cycle. With the
skt500 protcol specs out now, it will be easier to verify the patch for
correctness.
