[avr-gcc-list] macros.inc and ctoasm.inc

Hi out there,

I added some usefull (I think so) macros to macros.inc.
They are for use with the new IO definitions of sfr_defs.h

And I also made some other definitions and macros in ctoasm.inc.

I attached both files to this email.

Tell me, what you think about the extensions. I would be glad, if the
extensions would go into the lib.
