[avr-gcc-list] GCC Assembly

I think there was a thread on this list before about converting other
assembly language formats to the GCC format, but I can't find it in the
archives.

Is there a utility to do this?  Or was the message a request to write one?
I'm looking to use some assembly generated by the IAR compiler in my
WinAvr / GCC project.  

Any suggestions?  Thanks.
