Hi all,I've got the gcc-avr package installed on two different debian machines. On one it works ok, on the other, avr libc and others fail to compile as it seems to find the native "as" program rather than avr-as, even though AS=avr-as is set in makefiles, etc. Is there a reason that avr-gcc is running as rather than avr-as? I've managed to hack it for the moment by removing /usr/bin/as and symlinking to /usr/bin/avr-deb/bin/as instead for the moment, but a. this is a dirty hack and b. I suspect it will break ordinary compiles.
Any ideas? Regards, Rob
