<x-flowed> Hello,
I'm new to this list. I downloaded from avrfreaks.com the "project 59" which contains a lot of C source file for AVR driver. I need to use several DS18S20 in my application, so I tried to compile the test file in order to be sure the code I've got is ok. But compiling fails and return me this error:
Be careful with this driver. I use it in a project (3 DS1820 on different pins), and I must use old avr-gcc (Winavr 20030113), because this driver doesn't work with the later versions, however I can compile and build without errors. I read somewhere about different handling of inline assembly code in newer avrgcc, so perhaps it causes this problem. Does anybody here, who can help to solve this problem? I tried to send email to the author of the driver, but his address is dead. Here you can find a scope image to compare the results of avrgcc and codevision code for DS1820, and the avrgcc test code:
