[avr-gcc-list] program stops working while CONST data segment is too big

I have big problem with program for @mega128 

Tested with:
avrgcc 3.3.2 and newer
optimization level =  0

When I include big CONST variables (  12kB ) ( as data in program memory )
program stops working. 

I think I do mistake while compilation but I can not find where...

please help...
