[avr-gcc-list] Linking of multiple files

I have ported almost 200 files (assembly source) for a project. Earlier 
platform was Motorola, where they were able to assemble each file seperately 
and finally link all the object file with the help of batch file. Now while 
using AVR studio 4.0 and assembler2, do I need to use .include directive 200 
times in main file????
