That's right! I thought I had downloaded the new version but when I looked
at the install file it was named as the old. 
Where is the correct file, eric?

The new version does not seem to be available at the above link. I only get
a link to WinAVR 20050214. 

Under latest news it does say WinAVR 20060119 Released.
