I have two questions:

- Can I use WinAVR avrdude with ATMEL USB SPI dongle? How should I configure it?

- (Probably a bit off topic )
Is where a standard Linux/UNIX library to access Intel HEX files? I
think it should be BFD library but I'm not sure it provide both read
and write access.
