[avr-gcc-list] Object Memory Layout

I'm having a problem with some objects taking way too much memory. By myhand-count of member sizes I am estimating about 40-50% more RAM isbeing taken than necissary.

Is there a diagnostic or tool in GCC/G++ to see how it decided to layoutan object in memory, with alignment, padding, vtable, etc...?
