Of those, these are supported in the upcoming release of WinAVR:
AT90USB82
ATmega16U4
ATmega32U6
ATtiny13A
ATxmega128A3
ATxmega256A3
ATxmega256A3B
ATxmega64A3
The other devices, minus the ATtiny10, will be supported in the February
release of WinAVR. There are at least two additional devices that will be
supported in the February release of WinAVR: AT90SCR100, ATmega128RFA1. There
may another device too.
The ATtiny10 requires extensive work on the back-end to be properly supported,
so it will be done later.
