Both the avrdude ver 4.1.0 and the version from Alex are stable at my

Tested with 15 runs each on approx. 6000 bytes.
Device at90s8515 on a Picoweb Board.

Oh yeah - I forgot about that

I did the compile on my local PC and I think it has a slightly newer cygwin
version - sorry.

I added "c:\cygwin\bin" to the end of my PATH environment variable (after
WinAVR) to pick these DLLs up.

I also had to rename the cygwin1.dll in C:\WinAvr\bin as it had the older

Hopefully the WinAvr package maintainers will be able to include these
changes in the next WinAvr release to not require these extra DLLs



PS I have attached the new code for anyone else to try and let us know how
it works for you. This time its in a ZIP file as the list rejected the
previous EXE! :(
