I think you must be confusing me with someone else... I don't think we
have previously exchanged mail, and I've not seen libftdi code from you.
(I did see in the list archives, from about a year ago, that you were
trying to find time to work on that, but that's the last FTDI mention
on the avrdude-dev list ...)
I took some bits from your patch, as you'll notice (header file, parser
tweaks, programmer name), but the bulk of it was a rewrite, almost from
scratch, to work on Linux.
