Another item of note is that, unlike Wester's work, this effort is
intended to be an internal test suite. Each test will have some
discussion of the solution with some mathematical explanation and the
expected answer(s).  The intention is that each system lead developer
will code their own variation of the problem for their particular
system. A lot of the examples are expected to be "corner" cases.
This differs significantly from Wester's work (although he has quite
a range of useful examples) where he tried to rate the systems.

If a system gives an answer which differs from the expected answer
but can be shown to be correct or equivalent they can update the
test suite document. (The suite will eventually be stored in CVS
so it can be updated).
