D'oh! My mistake - its ${SPADBIN}/notangle :-]

I'll put my patch up shortly, its taking a while. I found a lot of
${SPADBIN}/notangle references.

That would explain why there is a patch for .c and .nw? I didn't
look too closely at the .c patch, as it looked like a patch to
generated cose, and was thus a little messy ;-).
