Oh! cmpinclude.h comes from gcl and the axiom package does not depend on

$ dpkg -S cmpinclude.h
gcl: /usr/lib/gcl-2.6.3/h/cmpinclude.h

$ apt-cache show axiom
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.3.2.ds1-4), libgmp3, libncurses5 (>= 5.3.20030510-1),
libreadline4 (>= 4.3-1)

Try to install gcl package. If it fixes the issue, then make a bug
report on Debian bug tracking system.

I hope it helps.
