There are two links to issue tracker on the MathAction front
page. In the header 'issues' is a link to
http://www.axiom-developer.org/zope/mathaction/IssueTracker

and later the text "please report it" has a link to
http:/zope/mathaction/FrontPage/issuetracker which should
default to http://www.axiom-developer.org/...

I am not sure why these link to different versions of the
issuetracker page but they both work the same way for me.

What do you mean by "points to localhost"? What browser are
you using? In the HTML code the second link is coded as:
<a href="http:/zope/mathaction/FrontPage/issuetracker">please report
it</a>
which as I understand it is supposed to default to the current
machine, but might be interpreted incorrectly in some browsers
(I thought that odd behaviour was fixed long ago in most browsers.)
Anyway I will change the link to
<a href="/zope/mathaction/FrontPage/issuetracker">please report it</a>
which should work for everyone.
