[Axiom-developer] [MathAction] Subtopics display disabled on FrontPage

I agree that the FrontPage was too large. The bulk of the page
was actually automatically generated by the ZWiki 'show_subtopics'
option. Since the FrontPage (by design) is linked to a large
number (maybe even all) of the pages that follow, the subtopics
list was very large and probably not very useful. So I have
disabled the subtopics display on this FrontPage.

You can get a similiar list on demand by clicking 'contents'.
