Actually noweb is more non-standard than that. 'noweb-2.11b'
from the master distribution does not contain any 'configure'
option at all. The entire source distribution is in the 'src'
subdirectory and you have to edit the 'Makefile' manually
before typing 'make all'. Or you can write a simple shell
script like the example 'nwmake'.
