Dear all,

I believe that we should *not* embark on designing yet another language. I
played enough with Aldor meanwhile to really appreciate the language - with
it's deficiencies.

Those of you inclined on working on the language:

PLEASE get started understanding the interpreter and possibly extend it to at
least understand dependent types, and/or make types first class objects.

Axiom would benefit a lot - no matter whether Aldor becomes free or not. This
is the one thing we need in any case!

If you prefer to rewrite the interpreter in a different language, go ahead. But
please don't design yet another one!
