A little correction: it turned out that gcl evaluator is very fast,
faster than both clisp and sbcl interpreter. Almost all gcl time
went into a single funtion:
(defun LIST2VEC (list) (coerce list 'vector))
This function was applied to the resulting list of length 20000 and
for some reason needed a lot of time.
