Unfortunately I cannot reproduce.  I get:

   (DEFUN |ACPLOT;NFtoSF| (|x| $) 
        (PROG NIL (RETURN (+ 0.0 (SPADCALL |x| (QREFELT $ 22))))))

Perhaps this is a wh-sandbox issue?  CC'ing Waldek.
