Details:
Normally in programs like TW and Paratext, one can cycle through the open
windows with a Ctrl-Tab. Or, since BE uses totally separate windows, one might
expect that they could be cycled with Alt-Tab. Neither of these combinations
work.
I would like to see Ctrl-Tab do this, to be consistent with the other
programs.
