Details:

Several times now I have encountered stubborn verses, where if I use the
button to increment the verse (up or down), BE will move, then move right back
to where it was. I click the button again, and it will move, then
infuriatingly, move right back.

The only thing that I can see that might be causing this is that one of the
windows has the verse number at the very end of a line.

To get it to stop this, BE will move if I place the cursor in the next or
previous verse.
