[biborb-i18n] Localization

Hi,

I have created a new mailing list dedicated to localization support of 
biborb. If you are still interested in BibOrb and want to contribute, 
you can post here new updates of localization files.

The coming 1.3.3 release comes with some new messages (shelf mode and 
documentation updates in txt files) that should be translated before it 
is released.
