Log message:
        'make install' will now install bib2xml.bst and bibulus.sty in the
        TEXMF tree.  Some caveats: It tries to guess whether to do it in the
        user's home directory or in a central directory -- this algorithm
        should be improved.  It also used plain cp for copying which will
        sometimes fail.  And it probably only works on Unix at the moment.
