[Bibulus-dev] New bibulus.sty

Hi there,

a long time ago, Palle Jørgensen sent me a new version of
bibulus.sty.  I've finally added it to the CVS repository, as well as
sample files in a subdirectory to LaTeX called 'examples'.

Palle, do you want to describe the functionality yourself, or should I
give it a try?
