[Bino-list] Small buildsystem and manpage patches

Hi,

I'm in the process of packaging bino for Debian. (the source package can be 
found on [1], but as I am not a Debian Developer I can't upload it to Debian 
myself, but need to find a Debian Developer to do it for me).

I found some small issues for which I attached the following patches:

0001-use-minus-sign-instead-of-hyphen-in-man-page.patch:
The man page uses a hyphen instead of a minus sign in some places.

0002-install-html-documentation-in-htmldir.patch:
Install the html documentation in ${htmldir} instead of ${docdir} 
(${htmldir} = ${docdir} by default), to make it possible to install it in a 
different directory from other docs.
