Ah, OK, then unless I'm missing something it's similar to the gettext
and iconv problems that occur with Solaris, and that occur with many
other GNU packages. I don't think this is a showstopper bug for Bison
2.1, as people who fiddle with installing gettext and using its
libraries generally know about the problems and their workarounds.
