I don't trying to be exhaustive maxes sense either.  What I did was
the result of a quick skim through the ChangElog looking for high points.
I won't be offended if you edit it down as you think proper.

I only met Ken FTF once, long ago before I was famous; he'd have no
occasion to remember it.  However, on the rare occasions that "ESR"
has reason to send him mail, he does answer it very courteously. I
am not too senior or too famous to feel a bit fanboyish when this
occurs!
