[Brad] new bliff/brad release

Hi.

Right for the weekend I have released a new snapshot
of bliff/brad. I present the

        'I hate docstrings' release

new features:
* bg image for sun path diagram
* shortcut and filter buttons for file selector

changes:
* split into separate bliff and brad packages
* bliff now starts without Python installation
* update of docstrings and demo docs
