sheets.map and a2ps 4.13

Hello,

line 90 of share/a2ps/sheets/sheets.map contains:

        binary: /*tar*/

This causes any file with tar in the name to not print (complains about
it being a binary file). I've changed this to:

        binary: /*.tar.gz/

I could use -Eplain or --print-anyway to force the document to print but
this is not a reasonable solution for most of our users.

Great work on a2ps. I use it all the time.
