Fixps seems to assume 8 1/2 x 11 paper size.
For instance, if I send the following large file
into fixps -f (from the current Debian installation),
it prints as a single small page, and the
bounding box is tiny.
It needs a warning in the manual, or (better yet)
it needs a flag to set the paper size,
or (even better), it needs to deduce it somehow.
