Script:

      vroute← ⎕FIO [49] "all-vroute.txt"
      portedtns← ⎕FIO [49] "sorted-ported-tns.txt"
        ported← ⍋portedtns
        vroutesort← ⍋vroute
      result←ported~vroutesort
       ⍴result
        result
)OFF

Both files, being sorted, had a blank line, or possibly two, as the first line in the file.  When I removed the blank lines the script ran.

Each file had a set of phone numbers, one on each line, such as 

2125346922
2125346924

etc.

This is on Debian x64.
