It seems "autoconf --trace AU_DEFUN" is broken - even with a
configure.ac that is full of obsolete stuff, 'autoconf --trace AU_DEFUN'
yields nothing (even with an autoconf built straight from CVS without
any DJGPP-specific patches).
Also, if I strip the __au_changequotes from the last part of input.m4,
the EOF in string goes away; but the output is still identical to the
input file (due to the empty au.m4 file).
Any thoughts on possible causes?
