AC_CHECK_HEADER and _LIB weirdness

Hello,

the attached configure.in worked with autoconf 2.13, but fails with 2.53 
(initial release and current CVS).

The error it spits out is:
./configure: line 2790: syntax error near unexpected token `yes:no'
./configure: line 2790: `  yes:no

Test with:
touch foo && autoconf && ./configure
