configure script

Hey there..

I was running ./configure on xinetd-2.3.12 and got a few warnings that the
script requested I forward to you.

configure: WARNING: /linux/time.h: present but cannot be compiled

configure: WARNING: /linux/time.h: check for missing prerequisite headers?

configure: WARNING: /linux/time.h: proceeding with the preprocessor's result

Let it be known that I am *green* to Linux ... this is my first working
install, not counting RedHat's hand-holding installer. My apologies if this is
well-known info, or my fault. ;-)

A few details in case you need them:

Gentoo Linux, v1.4r6. Kernel 2.4.20-r6.

Not sure, if this means anything, but /usr/src/linux/include/linux/time.h (if
that's the one it wanted) is 3,384 bytes, and is AFAIK stock to the Gentoo
sources.

Let me know if I can help...

-Nick.
