problem during ./configure, it said to email you

Hi, I was trying to configure VOS from interreality.org, i did 
autoreconf --install, 
then ./configure, and i got the error you see down there at the bottom.  I do 
have boost/bjam so i don't know why it's giving those errors.. good luck.
