Please forward it to the bug report address of the project you tried to
compile, we cannot do anything about it. (I don't mean Cygwin, I think
this is bug in the configure script you tried to run. So the authors
should look at their configure.ac or configure.in and make sure they
don't use -ldl if they are on Cygwin.)
Tell them to read the section "Present But Cannot Be Compiled" of the
manual to autoconf-2.59.
We apologize that our program intructed you to mail here, instead of
