Portability of Headers

Section 5.6.1 of the documentation for autoconf 2.59 lists common headers
that have requirements on other headers and asks for help in keeping
the list complete.

On at least Solaris 8, sys/ptem.h has a requirement for sys/stream.h.

Would be good if you could add this to the list in the documentation.
