Just the other day I was in an xterm, actually an rxvt, window, and
typed 'suspend' thinking i was in a sub-shell [e.g. su] or something.
Well, I wasn't and the window naturally hung, all my jobs now
inaccessible [can't get back in via fg, etc...
Therefore some kind of safety guard should be placed upon suspend,
just like a similar concept that warns you of jobs still running when
you hit C-d. Sure, we should check the shell level that we can put in
the prompt, etc. but still, this fatal command should have a default
warning in the case of it being about to freeze the shell forever.
