unknown
Machine Type: i686-pc-linux-gnu
Bash Version: 2.05
Patch Level: 0
Release Status: release
Description:
The BASHVERS and BASHPATCH variables are not set properly.
They are on line 1187 & 1188 respectively in "configure".
The 'mktemp' logic in bashbug fails entirely on my system
and causes bashbug to not be usuable.
Repeat-By:
Type 'make' - you'll get a mkversion.sh errors.
Type 'bashbug' - you'll get a slew of errors and I end
up with an empty vi buffer.
Fix:
I manually set the variables in configure and commented out
the tmpfile loop in bashbug and am using it now ;)
