I got extremely confused by bashbug.  I believe I just sent two bug
reports, one titled "Substring Expansion" and the other "exec -a
bash".

I do not know whether you received them, how many times if you did, in
which versions, and with which return address.

If you did not receive the above bug reports, I could resend them.
