Oops, now =. I see on the bash man page
string1 == string2
True if the strings are equal. = may be used in place of == for
strict POSIX compliance.
but wish it was also mentioned on "help test".

Debian etc. users should export wwwoffle_cache=/var/cache/wwwoffle in
.bash_profile.
